报告摘要:
We consider the travelling wave solutions of the Gross-Pitaevskii equation in the plane. In the zero speed or subsonic region, we construct solutions using the theory of integrable systems, including KdV and KP equations. When the speed is close to zero, the solutions are modeled on the vortex solutions of the Ginzburg-Landau equation; in the subsonic limit case, the solutions are modeled on the lump solutions of the KP-I equation. This is joint work with Juncheng Wei at UBC

刘勇,中国科技大学特聘研究员,2007年获得北京大学博士学位,2008.9-2011.9在智利大学从事博士后研究,主要研究领域为非线性椭圆型方程,特别是在Allen-Cahn 方程等领域做出了一系列成果。在 Advances in Math,Journal of Functional Analysis,J. Math. Pures Appl,Ann. Inst. H. Poincare Anal. Non Lineaire,Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society,Communications in Partial differential equations,Calculus of variations and partial differential equations 等国际权威期刊发表论文20余篇
